Initially we planned our session to be somewhere in April, but somehow due to some reasons, it had been postponed, and postponed and postponed to finally, TODAY!
No doubt, all of us were looking forward to today.

We stayed up the night before to discuss and source for recipes despite a few of us were already dozing off.

Everything was properly planned but unfortunately, not all went smoothly.
Well, not everything can be controlled.
Can only blame it on... Erm.. Fate? LOL.
No where else to blame it to lahh.. Damn it.

Chocolate Truffles

Dark chocolate truffles with cocoa powder.

CUPCAKES!

With assorted flavours and outlooks.

All i could say is...
We were creative.
Damn creative in fact.

From a normal 'Fairy Cake' recipe, we transformed it into chocolate flavour cupcakes, with Hersheys chocolate chips with rainbow toppings.

Of course, not forgetting Mr Song Yu who got bullied the whole day.
He helped us with the conversion of 'stick butter' to 'grams of butter'.

That's one significant discovery.
1 stick of butter = 113.4 grams of butter ok.

Stupid recipe but still, it taste yummy.
Mai seng seng, we have more than 90% of successful rate for our first time.

What a pleasant surprise. =/

I am 100 times cuter when i was young than what I am now.

My daily intake of water is huge, as a result, i suspect that I'm having water retention.

I'm currently doing Banking and Financial Service in SP but I'm not enjoying it and the whole world knows it.
