I LOVE IT FAIRS!
Love IT fairs to bits because its where the money start rolling in!
Looks like there isn't any other jobs which can fetch you a minimum 200 bucks a day?
If yes, intro me.

*ding ding ding!*

Anyway, the Acer fair is crazy because all, yes ALL, the retailers across the floor are selling the same brand of laptops and ya, apparently at the same price.
-.-
But HoLA~ I managed to sell, with super satisfied sales numbers.

*hiak hiak hiak*

Oh yar, I spotted a familiar face when i was unpacking the laptops. Haha.
Bobby Lim Wei Cong, right opposite my booth.
More to come during the weekend.

Lady Luck is certainly taking good care of me.
Even Acer's Executive left his name card with me, offering part time job opportunities. LOL.
In other words, more money for me.
Good Deal eh...
Lobang Lobang~~

Please continue to shower me with all the LUCK!!
Yes, shower some to Cgl too!

Tired day.
Fortunately bf drove cus i can feel the sensation on my poor legs.

Chiong tml and leave the weekends to the new additions.
Weekends, those zai lucky birds go slack while the new birds, chiong........
Bullshit.

6 in a booth?! Nice one.....

Cheap Tix, Free Parking?
We caught Forbidden Kingdom that evening.
Haha. Cheap cheap ticket but the show was kind of disappointing because i expected it to be much better than what it actually turn out to be.
I cant stpo myself from laughing when our 'yu di' spoke english.
The english accent, the phrasing of the sentences, the EVERYTHING, is weird.
Perhaps it will be much better off if all its dialogue is in mandarin.
Maybe they should get that travellor (ang mor kid) to speak in mandarin? Majority wins what..
But then again, the fighting scenes, the swift moves and those sceneries were still worth the ticket price~

Oh yar, and we got free parking that night due to the break down of the parking system.
Our cashcard couldn't be detected, the barrier doesn't lift up thus our car was stuck in that tiny space with impatient cars behind us rushing to get out of the carpark from the barrier beside ours.
Mr bf managed to get to the other side of the barrier and ta dah!
FREE PARKING!

Since there are 'Drift Kings', can there be 'Reverse Kings'?
Cgl can definately qualify.
101%

Changi T3
Mr bf's mummy will be going to Melbourne for a holiday and all of us sent her to the airport.

Her flight depart from the new Changi Airport Terminal 3 and i was quite excited to be there because its something new!

According to their website,
They spent S$1.73 billion on the new Changi Airport Terminal 3 and it comprisese 380,000 square metres of space. T3 has 7 storeys, 4 levels above ground and 3 levels below ground and has almost as many services and amenities as some small cities.

First impression when i got out of the car park -
Oh, this is t3. Normal.

First impression when i step out of the lift, arriving at the level 2 departure hall -
Oh, departure hall. Orh glassly look. Oh, many weird looking metal pieces slanting at different angles on the roof. Artsy Futsy?

"but look abit like the new Bangkok Airport lei..."

We need food and so we looked at the directory board. Well, its not really helpful because it only states the region where the restaurant is, not on the exact floor and location of the restaurant. =/ We walked thru and fro and ended up at Crystal Jade restaurant.

Frankly speaking, T3 is not really that astonishing.
In fact, its quite irritating.

Clarke Quay.

Good Bye Clarke Quay!!

Yup, that means I'm no longer receiving any income but well, that might be a blessing in disguise. I've longed for this day to come because its terrible to work without any job satisfaction. Besides, I've also lost all motivation to go work every night (though its only 4 days per week)

Perhaps its good news for all.
Pathetic bf no longer need to sit there and rot with me when i work.
Rich boss no longer need to bear with the overpaid employee (me).
Dad get to see me more often.

2 and a half months there:

realized that China women are the last kind of customers you wanna get. Second last would most probably be Singapore's Ji Ling Zai. They fiddle with EVERYTHING and ANYTHING. Most importantly, they don't buy.

Most Singaporeans (perhaps i should say ALL Singaporeans except 1 or 2) and all Chinas aren't very well mannered. They don't say thank you or thanks or xie xie after they had made an enquiry with you (apparently, the FAQ was, "where is the washroom?". Ang Mors are 100 times more well mannered.

seen things that alot of people wont get to see,
(high class prosituition with uber chio and hot pros.)

done things that not all people will do,
(tried falling down at Clarke Quay and tried visiting clark quay with 'going to westmall' outfit while other girls put up their sexiest or pretties dress)

know people that i may not get to know,
(MOS club manager? and i get free entry IF i visit MOS.)

and of course, many many more!

Bye Clarke Quay.

* Home Decor Survivor (Struggling to Survive) *
Can someone help me please. =(
I don't know what colours should i be using for my new room.
I even had my entire apartment layout done out on Sketch Up to have a better visualisation, but still, i cant make my mind.

The room on the extreme right is gona be my bedroom.
The room in the middle, mine too!
The room on the extreme left, the masterbed room, my parents' room.

Mom got me a colour catelouge from Nippon Paint and I'm still deeply attracted to red walls combined with a touch of black and white furnitures but.... Red is not allowed in my room, according to mom.

=(

White walls (or coloured walls that look like white) are simply boring.
I have been living with white walls for the past 20 years.
Get a life!

Initially, i wanted it pink, any combination of pink.
Remarks : Grow up la kid, you are 20 alr, still want a pink room? With stripes smore? Childish.
Reaction : =/ Aww.. Pink is nice wad...

Emo-ed.

Then i turned to purple, 2 different shades of purple.
The darker purple shall emphasize my 'dressing corner'
Remarks : Purple look so malay-ish lahh.
Reaction : o.O? Will ar? =/

Emo-ed, again.

All white?

White + Black?

OMG?~ Save me.
I suck at colour selection/colour combination/ COLOUR.
I have no sense of colours but yet I cant wait to start painting.

We shopped around Ikea this evening.
AWWW... I'm so deeply attracted to those glossy red cabinets and shelvings.
Of course, the baby pink ones attracted me too, but Cgl thinks that pink furnitures are gross, especially the fushia pink curtains which i fell in love months ago.
Is pink colour really that bad?! =(

Anyway, those red furnitures are more costly as compared to those boring ones. Wth?
Alot people like red meh?
Apparently no one around me likes red la.
eh IKEA! Cheap sell ur red furnitures can?

Oh yar, i planned to draw on the walls of the masterbed room.
Any lobangs where i can get suitable, nice, artistic, draw-able pictures/images?

* MASSAGE *
My virgin try for thai massage (in Sg) was great!
But I'm expecting some bruises here and there because it do hurt at some spots.
Well, according to professionals, its good to feel the pain during the session but damn! Some pain are unbearable lah.
I have a stiff back =/

Definately going for the Thai massage in Bangkok!
WAIT FOR ME massage babes/shopping centres/ night market/ food/ heaven/ etc/ etc/ etc!~
IM COMING!
I can predict that I'm gona melt/burnt/bbq-ed/evaporate in Bangkok.
Freaking 37 degrees celcius in Bangkok vs Singapore's 32 degrees (hottest)

Feedback says I'm getting whiter and whiter and whiter and Cgl thinks that the fairer i get, the sooner im gona die. =X
Time for tanning?
Or should i just wear a long sleeve and pants to stay white, and perhaps faint in the streets of Bangkok due to heat stroke?
LOL.

* Too fair? *
During our sec school days, neoprints seems to a fashion trend. If you remember, the 'mei bai' mode was a popular choice because everyone looks so freaking chio with that BUT, those who are alr 'bai' will somehow lugi because the 'mei bai' mode makes their features appear semi visible. Its a sad case.

Somehow, its happening to me now. I'm no longer a fan of neoprints but apparently, pictures taken with Mr bf are erm...

Either too light, or too dark.

Yes, Im too fair and i looked so ghostly white whenever i take pictures with him.

Him? Erm... Nothing close to white.

Look...

This is the original picture, without adjustments.

Like that blur blur dark dark good lei!
But cgl looks too dark. =/

* Bruise *
Talking about bruises/orh chehs/wadever, i woke in shock one morning when i saw all these ugly scars around my knee cap.

The cause of all these scars is 99.98% due to the heavy stool at Clarke Quay.
I have to chuck that bulky shit into a hole that fits in nicely so well, its kind of obvious that I'm having problems with chucking it in.

The orh chehs are super obvious because my legs are fair, and those damn orh chehs are in such an outstanding shade of colour. What a contrast.

Somehow, orh cheh forms easily on me. Is there something wrong with me? Anyway, all those orh chehs doesnt hurt. Kns. I looked like as if I'm abused.

* Girls' Talk *
Enjoyable 5 hours girls' talk session at Starbucks with my girlfriends.
True friends are those you do not have to meet up often, but yet you have tons of stuff to share and talk about once you guys meet.
Quality time spent.

So what even if we don't get to meet up often due to our busy schedules?
We bond. haha.
Glad to have them in my low profile life.

* Activities *
Other than basketball machines and Time Crisis games, we diversified into artsy futsy photography too.
Each of us took pictures of things we bought that day, or places we that we have been to.
Yes, taking pictures of the same item or same building with the same camera, at our own angle.
When its final, we get home judgers to do the voting so as to determine the winner.

Sounds bo liao, yes we are. =/

Here are some of the 'winning' pictures.
*No Photoshop Was Involved*

Oh yar, Cgl bought a Dart game, those with 6 X 18g of brass darts, not those velcro dart balls that kids play with.
Its FUN!

That tyco kia hit on the bull's eye after a few tries.
Si tyco kia, he even took pictures of his bull's eye try.
Pui!~

We're gona train till we shine!

* Holidays! *
Although exams are longed over, sucky polytechnic life has also ended, i had just realized that i have not been having any 'genuine' holidays because i started working at Clarke Quay immediately after my exams. Alright, Clarke Quay's job is too slack to be considered as a job but well, it eats up my precious evenings.

Anyway, i will be enjoying my 1.5 months of genuine holidays starting next week.
Fullfilling the tasks i want to do.
Visiting places or night spots i want to visit.
Supper supper supper and more supper.
Lying around and shaking my leg.
Catching sunrise with mr bf.
Celebration of our monthiversariess.
Ahhhhh~~ So many many many many many.

Kns, i sound as if i'm dying after 1.5 months.
Well, full time perm job is equivalent to 'dying' out from all of my usual activities, am i right?

Time to grow up.
Stop behaving like a kid.
Stop meddling with cj8.

Frankly speaking, I can't help it but kept thinking that I'm still 18, when I'm already not.
Can i choose not to grow up?
Perhaps i know why some say that they prefer studying.

Well, at least studying makes one feel younger and ya, students dont need to pay income tax and they get concession rates for public transport and they are entittled to student meal specials at fast food outlets (althou fast food doesnt affect me because they don't offer student fries specials)
Damn.

I hope i don't regret my own choice.
See ya uni, give me another 2 years.

* Air Conditioner *
It failed on me. Damn it.
I had been sleeping for the past 3 nights without air con.
The microwaving weather in Singapore is killing me.
All i can say is, LG air con sucks for centuries.
Lousy Goods indeed.

* CGL's Interview *
He was satisfied with his own performance that day.
So glad and proud of him!~
Hope everything goes smoothly for all our interviews.
We went for breakfast after his interview.

* Sweet surprise to my crib *
Things happened, bad things which really upset me alot.
This time, it really caught me because i didn't expect things to turn out this way.
For once, I really think that being over confident isn't a good thing at all.
Never assume.

Perhaps its just the mishandling of the situation.
Or perhaps its just me.

The next day, he came over to my crib immediately after he knocked off from work, without dinner but with a big bouquet of flowers, chocolates to bribe my niece and nephew and The Sims 2 CD.

Silly boy, with a hungry stomach and a bouquet flowers, waited for me to go home without telling me that he was at my house. While waiting, he installed the game on his laptop for me to play and bribed the kids with chocolates so that they wont be telling me things that i shouldn't know.

I wasn't home that entire evening until 11.30pm.

Poor boy, left the flowers on my bed, went for dinner alone and went home after few hours of waiting.

Then i finally reached home, the door to my room was closed, the laptop was on and my tweety was lying in the middle of my bed when i remember leaving it on another corner before i left home.

Love sweet surprises. =)

* Interview with DBS *
I was 1 minute away from being late for my interview that day.
Somehow we couldn't find the place despite Mj's super detailed instructions.
My performance that day were of satisfactory standards, well, at least from my point of view.

The 2 hours interview session drained me dry as i had to be alert every minute, every second.

Sweet bf accompanied me to DBS, waited for 2 hours alone, then accompanied me to Clarke Quay after our dinner at Maxwell Market. =)

* BLISTERS *
Thanks to the heels i wore to the interview, i've got 2 blisters on my feet.
Best thing that happen next was that Mr Bf burst one of my blisters accidentally when he kicked me (accidentally too i suppose).

First time in my life experiencing burst blisters and it was an ultimate nightmare.

HATE HEELS.

* Formal Wear *
Formal outfit has never been a problem for me during my 3 years of poly life.
Nicole's wardrobe is like a heaven for apparels, in particular, formal wear.

Nightmare starts to come in when i realized that almost all her shirts, skirts and pants doesn't fit me anymore and i only realized that on the actual day of my interview.

CAN DIE MAN.

All those clothes that i used to wear for formal occasions looked so oversized now.
Every single piece that i put on me looks lk pyjamus because loose material is everywhere.

Its time to start investing on formal wear. =(

Well, nothing is perfect in this world.
You shed some kilos, you shed some money getting new clothes that fit you.
Then again, never abandon the old clothes because who knows! You might expand back to your old shape. Haha.

Down 1.5kg more to attain my 'ideal'

SUPPER SUPPER SUPPER! =/

* KTV *
Yes, finally, after soooooo looooooong, we managed to make time out to go KTV tgr!
KTV sessions are always enjoyable!

* Pampered Girl *
Cgl's mummy was out of town for 3 days and that implies that we have the car for full 3 days.
Car in, car out, car there, car here.
Jia lat.

Till Then.
